Arguably the greatest club in Italy, Juventus ended last summer with a galore of trophies such as the Serie A title, the Italian Cup and Italian Super cup.
They were stopped short of winning the Champions League, being unable to defend typical Barcelona masterclass performance 3-1 in the final.
However, their start their 2015-16 season trailing in the Italian league and could only watch as Inter, Fiorentina and Napoli went ahead.
Fortunately, as 2015 draws to a close, Juventus celebrates a remarkable 3-1 league win over second-place Fiorentina.
But just as the club appear to be rising up to challenge the title, close rivals Roma and Milan are showing signs of waking up too.
Roma, just one place behind Juventus held Napoli to a goalless draw on a visit.
Meanwhile, Milan welcomes star striker Mario Balotelli back to the team following a hernia operation.
Before the year’s final round of fixtures, Balotelli’s former club Inter Milan sit top with just a four-point lead over Fiorentina and Napoli.
With Juventus just six points and Roma seven behind Inter, this could be the making of the most intriguing fight for Serie A glory in years.
